Customized printing is a special order product. For that reason, The Bear Mill is unable to refund or accept returns for items ordered in error.

Heat Transfer Process and Fees:
The heat transfer process is more economical when ordering multi-colored logos and does not require a set-up fee. Printing charge is $2.10 per item, in addition to the cost of the outfit.
Silk Screen Printing and Fees:
Silk screen printing requires a set-up fee of $25.00 per color.
